Referral Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Referral ("Referral") offered by MERAWAZOOD ("we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in this platform, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to individuals who have an active, verified account on the Platform. Referrers must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. Employees, agents, and contractors of [Platform Name] may be excluded from participation.

2. How the Submission Works

Each eligible user ("Referrer") will be provided with a unique referral link or code. A referral is considered valid when a referred user ("Referee"):

• Uses the unique referral link or code to sign up;

• Lists a property or avails a paid service on the Platform within [e.g., 30 days];

• Completes all necessary verification steps as required by the Platform.

3. Referral Reward

The Referrer will receive a reward (monetary or otherwise) as stated on the official referral submission page, only after successful and valid referrals. Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to change the reward structure at any time without prior notice. Some of the referral awards refer to:

• Monetary Rewards

o Cash Payment: A fixed amount paid to the referrer when their referral results in a successful listing or transaction (e.g., ₹500–₹2,000 per valid referral).

o Commission Split: A percentage of the platform’s commission (e.g., 5%–10%) earned on a successful property sale, rental, or auction via the referred party.

• Platform Credits

o Listing Credits: Free or discounted listings (e.g., "Refer 3 people, get 1 premium listing free").

o Subscription Discounts: A percentage off on premium or featured subscriptions for both referrer and referee.

o Wallet Credits: Digital credits that can be used on the platform for upgrades, promotions, or ads.

• Non-Monetary Rewards

o Gift Cards: Amazon, Flipkart, or local retail vouchers.

o Exclusive Access: Early access to new features or premium support.

o Tangible Gifts: Merchandise like branded mugs, electronics, or office kits.

4. Restrictions

Self-referrals are not permitted and will be disqualified. Referrals made using fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent means will be voided. A Referee can only be referred once. If multiple Referrers claim the same Referee, the reward will be given to the first valid Referrer based on our records.

• Self-Referral is Prohibited

o Users cannot refer themselves by using alternate emails, phone numbers, or identities.

o Automated detection or manual verification can be used to monitor this.

• Duplicate Accounts are Not Allowed

Creating multiple accounts to claim referral rewards will disqualify the user and may lead to account suspension.

• Referral is Valid Only on Qualifying Actions

A referral should only be considered valid if the referee:

o Signs up using the referral link or code, and

o Completes a qualifying action, such as:

o Posting a verified listing;

o Purchasing a premium package;

o Finalizing a property transaction via the platform.

• One Referral Per User

o A referee can only be referred once.

o If two users refer the same person, the reward should go to the first valid referral as per platform records.

• Geographical or Jurisdiction Limits

The program may be limited to users in certain cities, states, or countries due to legal, tax, or operational reasons.

• No Spam or Misleading Promotion

Referrers must not:

o Use spam emails, fake ads, or social media bots to promote their referral codes;

o Post on unauthorized forums or use paid ads to promote their referral codes unless approved.

5. Reward Disbursement

Rewards (cash, credits, discounts, etc.) will be disbursed within [e.g., 30 days] of verification of the referred transaction. In the case of monetary rewards, bank details or digital payment information may be required. Taxes, if any, on the referral reward are the sole responsibility of the Referrer.

• Cash Disbursement

• Bank Transfer: Direct deposit to user’s registered bank account (requires KYC).

• UPI/Wallet Payment: Send via UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, or other mobile wallets.

• Gift Cards/Vouchers: Amazon, Flipkart, etc., as a form of indirect cash.

Timing:

Typically 7–30 days after the referee completes a qualifying action (like a paid listing or successful property transaction).

Conditions:

• Minimum payout threshold (e.g., ₹500 minimum accumulated rewards).

• Subject to verification and fraud checks.

• May require PAN or GST for compliance (in India).

• Platform Credits / Wallet Balance

• Premium listings

• Highlighted property ads

• Featured agent profiles

How it works:

• Referrers get wallet credits (e.g., ₹500 credit per referral).

• Credits can be used only on the platform, not withdrawn as cash.

• Credits may have an expiration date (e.g., valid for 6 months).

• Discount Disbursement

Options:

• Referrer Discount: 10–20% off their next property listing or subscription.

• Referee Discount: Immediate discount on their first paid service for joining via referral.

Conditions:

• Applicable only to specific plans/packages.

• Cannot be clubbed with other offers.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless [Platform Name] and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Any breach by you of these Terms;

• Any violation of applicable law;

• Any misuse or fraudulent use of the Referral Program.

7. Termination and Modification

We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Any misuse of the Program may lead to account suspension or termination and forfeiture of pending rewards.

8. No Partnership or Employment

Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Merawazood.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Platform Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Program.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi . Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert Location ].
